Past Partners
Southern Birth Justice Network
Southern Birth Justice Network (SBJN) is a community organization committed to providing accessible and quality holistic birth care to Black, indigenous, and people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, low-income people, and other marginalized communities. In 2019, SBJN partnered with NIRH to expand the Birth Justice movement in South Florida through public education and strategic planning with city councilmembers. SBJN held a birth justice town hall and film screening to introduce people to the concept of birth justice and expand their movement to ensure greater access to doula care.
