Consumers for Affordable Health Care (CAHC) is leading implementation of a new policy that expands access to family planning care for low-income Mainers by engaging in outreach, direct application assistance, and ongoing advocacy. Sustained advocacy will be particularly important in this state, where the law passed due to a procedural error by their anti-choice governor.
