Supporting innovative efforts in cities and counties

Wisconsin Alliance for Women’s Health (WAWH) is advancing legislation in support of a patient’s right to receive medically accurate care, a health care professional’s right to provide medically accurate care, and clinic safety. WAWH will raise and strengthen public awareness and support of this work by incorporating NIRH’s latest public opinion and messaging research into a new proactive policy campaign, and build their coalition by engaging new organizations and individuals willing to endorse proactive reproductive health care initiatives.

The National Institute supported the Wisconsin Alliance for Women's Health in its efforts from 2012 to 2014 to strengthen collaborations, improve voter education, and  counter restrictions on access to reproductive health care.
