Low-Income Contraceptive Access Coalition The Low-Income Contraceptive Access Coalition is a national coalition of advocates working at the local, state, and national level to expand access to emergency contraception (EC) and other forms of contraception for low-income women. The group’s members are working to expand Medicaid coverage on the state level to include over-the-counter EC, as well as creating innovative new programs so that all women who face financial barriers can access contraception. The Coalition meets monthly so advocates can update and learn from one another, and discuss collaboration efforts.
